On the afternoon of April 28, the third "Xifuhe Technology Transfer Forum" was held with the theme of "activating innovation and collaborative transformation" jointly sponsored by the Science and Technology Department of Yancheng Institute of Technology, the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Yancheng Institute of Technology, the Technology Transfer Center of Yancheng Institute of Technology, the High-tech Center of Yannan High-tech Zone, and the Management Office of Low-carbon Green Park of Yannan High-tech Zone. Ding Cheng, vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice president of Yancheng Institute of Technology, attended the forum and delivered a speech. The forum was presided over by Yan Jinlong, Dean of the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Yancheng Institute of Technology. This forum aims to further promote the exchange and cooperation of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises, and accelerate the transfer and application of scientific and technological innovation achievements.
The forum invited Dr. Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Professor Chen Qingxiang of the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, Dr. Yang Bairen and Dr. Duan Wenyong to give wonderful reports entitled "Don't forget the original intention and have a long way to go", "Industry-university-research services for science and technology enterprises to "escort", "Exploration of the maturation and industrialization of scientific research achievements in universities". Nearly 100 people from the school-level research institute of Yancheng Institute of Technology, the applicants for the top ten scientific and technological achievements, all the middle-level personnel of the Industrial Technology Research Institute, representatives of relevant enterprises in Yannan High-tech Zone, and representatives of enterprises settled in Xifuhe Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Center attended the forum. The participants enthusiastically conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges with the three experts on issues related to the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, in order to better promote the transfer and application of scientific and technological achievements.
In his speech, Ding Cheng proposed five paths for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements: first, adhere to the direct cooperation between universities and enterprises to carry out industry-university-research collaboration, and directly realize the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The second is to analyze the development status of the industry, encourage the application of scientific and technological achievements to their own scientific research and production activities, such as the establishment of enterprises, encourage self-investment, and implement transformation. The third is to transfer or license scientific and technological achievements to others. Transfer scientific and technological achievements to enterprises for use, and realize the transformation of their own scientific and technological achievements through patent transfer or patent licensing contracts. Fourth, take scientific and technological achievements as a condition for cooperation, and jointly implement the transformation with relevant enterprises. Fifth, invest in enterprises with scientific and technological achievements as the price, and convert the value of scientific and technological achievements into enterprise shares. He hoped that through the "Xifuhe Technology Transfer Forum", exchanges and cooperation would be promoted and the effective transfer of technological achievements in universities would be promoted.
