Recently, the Nanzhang County Public Security Bureau carried out a special rectification action for the illegal operation of industry venues, focusing on the inspection of 122 industry venues such as hotels, e-sports hotels, KTVs, and bathing places.
A total of 248 police officers were dispatched, 15 were warned on the spot, 14 were fined, 2 were suspended for rectification, and 29 cases were investigated and punished. Four typical cases of illegal operation of industry venues are hereby reported.
Case 1
On March 22, 2024, when the police of the Chengguan Police Station inspected an Internet café in Chengguan Town, Nanzhang County, they found that Hu and four other minors were surfing the Internet in the Internet café, and the Internet café did not check and register the identity documents of online consumers or record relevant Internet information and failed to stop the smoking behavior of Internet users in accordance with the regulations, and imposed a fine of 20,000 yuan on the Internet café and ordered it to suspend business for 1 month for rectification in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors".
Case 2
On March 29, 2024, when the police of the Chengguan Police Station inspected a bar in Chengguan Town, Nanzhang County, they found that five minors, including minors Bei and Zhao, entered the bar of the business service place to consume, and the bar sold alcohol to five minors, and fined the bar 20,000 yuan in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors".
Case 3
On March 21, 2024, when the police of the Chengguan Police Station inspected the bar in Chengguan Town, Nanzhang County, they found that the bar illegally allowed Sun and two other minors to enter the bar box and provide paid escort services, and in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors", the bar was punished by confiscating 1,450 yuan of illegal gains and fining 5,000 yuan, and ordered to suspend business for 1 month for rectification.
Case 4
On March 19, 2024, when the police of the Chengguan Police Station inspected a hotel, they found that the front desk staff Sun did not register the identity information of the passenger Liu in accordance with the regulations, which violated the "four realities" registration system of the hotel industry, and the public security organ imposed a fine of 500 yuan on the front desk staff Sun.
