In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference, implement the requirements of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Municipal Procuratorate on the deployment of the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises", and promote the implementation of the "Implementation Measures for the Special Action of "Procuratorial Protection of Enterprises" of the Third Branch of the Municipal Procuratorate, on April 26, the Third Branch of the Municipal Procuratorate and the Beijing Branch of the Industrial Bank held a symposium with the theme of "Escorting Financial Enterprises by the Rule of Law". The responsible comrades of Changping sub-branch attended the meeting.
During the discussion, President Hao Chao introduced the development history, business characteristics and institutional settings of IB Beijing Branch. Deputy Procurator General Wu Chunmei focused on the overall deployment of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Municipal Procuratorate to carry out the special action of "procuratorial protection of enterprises" and the 19 specific implementation measures of our court, and clarified that our court will take the lead in carrying out the special action of "procuratorial protection of financial enterprises" as an important measure to implement the deployment of the superiors, and make good use of the advantages of the "dual bases" of the national procuratorial organs to handle major duty crimes and securities and futures crime cases, and serve to ensure the healthy development of financial enterprises in the jurisdiction.
The Third Branch of the Municipal People's Procuratorate took the initiative to ask for needs, and in response to the urgent needs of the Beijing Branch of Industrial Bank in terms of the prevention of job-related crimes and the publicity and education of the rule of law, put forward targeted work suggestions on the compliance construction of service enterprises, such as judicial case interpretation, compliance warning education, and joint rule of law publicity, and will take this discussion as a starting point to solidly promote the special action of our court to "prosecute and protect financial enterprises", help build a law-based business environment, promote the governance of litigation sources in the financial field, and maintain the financial security of the capital.
After the symposium, Guo Zefeng, director of the Second Procuratorial Department of the Third Branch of the Municipal People's Procuratorate, gave a lecture on the rule of law to more than 130 staff members of the bank with the theme of "building a strong ideological line of defense and sticking to the bottom line of integrity".
