On April 28, a reporter from Huashang Daily Gale News learned that technicians used 3D laser scanning and high-resolution close-up photography technology to carry out a comprehensive digital recording of the No. 2 pit of the Terracotta Warriors. By accurately collecting the spatial and texture information of the excavation site, the technicians built a high-precision three-dimensional model to record the overall spatial structure of the archaeological excavation site and the three-dimensional spatial distribution of the relics, further enhancing the richness and practicability of the digital archives, increasing the visibility and accessibility of history, and providing a basis for the next step of cultural relics restoration and display.
