The program "Book in the Clouds" is an original program of the Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center Radio Station (FM 107.9 MHz Voice in the Clouds). Since its inception in 2015, it has successively created and launched a number of long-form commentaries such as "The Romance of the King", "Double Pride Outside the Saiwai", "Junzijin", etc., which are deeply loved by the masses. The content of the program is mostly to excavate and sort out local stories, and through the local dialect performance, it effectively highlights the local characteristics and creates a precedent for the performance and storytelling of the Northwest dialect. This column has won the "Four" (Famous Column, Famous Reporter, Famous Editor, Famous Anchor) Selection Contest of the First Banner and County-level Financial Media Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

——The new long-form historical commentary "The Legend of Da Shengkui"
In order to show the culture of northern Xinjiang, recently, the comprehensive broadcasting (FM FM107.9 MHz Voice in the Clouds) of the Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center has specially recorded and launched a new long-form historical commentary "The Legend of Da Shengkui".
Da Shengkui, a big business name in Inner Mongolia Naturalization City (now Hohhot City) in the Qing Dynasty. During the Kangxi period, in order to solve the problem of supplying the Qing army in the westward expedition to Geerdan, the Kangxi Emperor requisitioned a large number of merchants and people from the mainland to go out with the army, which opened the prelude to the "west" immigration in history. It was this torrent of westward migration that gave birth to the great miracle of China's commercial history. Three Shanxi men: Wang Xiangqing, Shi Daxue and Zhang Jie have experienced unimaginable setbacks and tribulations through decades of hard work, started as a hawker, and created the "No. 1 Merchant in the Grassland".
Their business footprints cover all provinces of the country, Russia and other countries, and they are located outside Cyprus. They led the Mongolian, Manchurian, Hui and other ethnic groups to sleep in the open, climb ice and snow, and make great efforts to make the country prosperous, and carried forward the soul of Chinese businessmen who are unremitting in self-improvement, perseverance, righteousness for profit, and morality first, and are the first example of the national community; they have written a history of 300 years of arduous entrepreneurship, providing valuable business experience and historical significance for the leapfrog development of the Chinese nation, and are an important embodiment of the culture of northern Xinjiang. The success of Da Shengkui fully demonstrates the business wisdom of the Chinese nation and reverses the historical prejudice that only Western civilization can produce modern enterprises.
The long historical commentary "The Legend of Da Shengkui", co-edited by Cao Buzhong, Jia Xiaoyan, and Jiao Yang, was broadcast by Jiao Yang. Based on the life experience of Wang Xiangqing, the founder of Dashengkui, and based on the commercial passage from Tuoketuo Estuary Wharf to Guihua City, it tells the entrepreneurial process of Dashengkui firm and its magnificent legendary story.
About the Author
Cao Buzhong, pen name Neixian. Chairman of the Tuoketuo County Writers Association, director of the Hohhot Writers Association, and member of the Inner Mongolia Writers Association. He has published a collection of works such as "Twin Rivers Flowing" and "Qin Yun Heart".
Jia Xiaoyan, pen name, is alone in the world. He is a member of the Inner Mongolia Writers Association and the vice chairman of the Tuoketuo County Writers Association. The style of writing is free and easy, the penmanship is eclectic, and he is good at the lyricism of magnificent scenes, especially the heroic poetic style. His works have appeared in various newspapers, magazines and online platforms.
Jiao Yang, a native of Suogouzi Village, Xinyingzi Town, Tuoketuo County, Inner Mongolia. Storyteller of the radio station of Tuoketuo County Rong Media Center, and host of the program "Interview in the Clouds". Graduated from the International University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy (formerly the Correspondence University of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy) with a double major in calligraphy and painting. Graduated from the Open University of China (formerly China Central Radio and Television University) with a major in Chinese language and literature. Vice Chairman of Tuoxian Federation of Literary and Art Circles Radio, Film and Television Association, member of Writers Association, member of Calligraphers Association, director of Inner Mongolia Quyi Artists Association, academician of Inner Mongolia Gumu Fengchun Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and member of Beijing Qigong Research Association.
