Those days of the New Year

author:Brilliant Full Moon R

I remember when I was a child, when the winter was very cold, it was almost the end of the year, the friends were excited to count the days, and the adults were busy. Push grinding and pressing, baking pancakes, fishing wheat push noodles. Unconsciously, at the end of the year, by the twenty-fifth day of the Waxing Moon, we arrived at the annual market, and the adults all went to catch the market, and no matter how the days were, they had to buy something for the New Year. Because it is the last episode of a year ago, you have to buy more and buy less for the whole family to celebrate the New Year. Children can not go to the market, from the morning to look forward to noon, early to the village to wait, hope ah hope, come one is not to come one is not, watching other friends happily follow their parents home, the heart is envious and jealous. Finally looking at his parents in disappointment, he felt a burst of happiness in his heart, and immediately rushed over to catch the bag in his hand, imagining that there were some toys he wanted to buy but usually did not dare to ask for, to eat. In fact, generally the mother only buys some flowers and head ropes for my sister, we boys only have firecrackers, others have no toys, in addition to some candy, which is reserved for the New Year for guests to eat. The most exciting thing is that we all go to Grandpa's house, Grandpa is a thin tall old man, usually very serious, every year, he will go to the market, rush back to the market to give us things, boys divide firecrackers, girls divide the rope, call his grandchildren and grandchildren together, according to his preferences, some are divided into several hangings, one hanging, and some are divided into several. It was even more funny when it came time for his granddaughter to separate the ropes, and he first kept it for his favorite granddaughter, then asked his granddaughter to pick it, and finally the rest was distributed to the granddaughters. Maybe my uncle is not very filial, and my grandfather doesn't like the granddaughter of that family! I still think it's fun to think about it now. It's been years since Grandpa died, and we've all grown up to miss the time when we were kids. No one buys us firecrackers and head ropes anymore, so it would be nice if we didn't grow up!
