1. Regular messages can be recalled within 2 minutes.
Such as text, voice, emojis, pictures, etc.;
2. The document can be withdrawn within 3 hours,

5 ways to recover
Expired/cleaned files
Method 1
Use the "Chat History Management" feature
Settings → General
→ Storage → History Management
Locate the chat where the selected file is located
Click on the green exclamation mark on the far right
You can see all the files under the chat
Tap to open and press and hold to save to your phone

Use the "Chat History Backup" feature
Settings → General
→ "Chat History Backup & Migration"
→ "Migrate chat history to another device"
