In the Sanwan Park Morning Tea Market, in addition to local delicacies, the morning tea market also has a national landmark food exhibition area, including Hohhot mutton roasted wheat, Changde braised beef noodles, Shanxian mutton soup, Shanghai crab shell yellow, Jixi water trap bun, Lanxi old bread, Shangrao lead mountain lantern fruit, Nanjing Qinhuai Eight Uniques, Foshan millet cake, Xi'an Zhenzi noodles, etc. In addition, Dandong City, Yangzhou's counterpart cooperation city, has also set up a special product booth for citizens and tourists to check in.
The morning tea market is set up in the Yangzhou Grand Canal Museum (South Square Shade Corridor) from 9:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 17:00 from April 26th to 28th. This immersive morning tea ancient style market invited well-known morning tea companies from all over the country to carry out tea skill display, production appreciation and prefabricated food exhibition and sales.
During the morning tea culture week, Yangzhou Quyuan Tea House also cooperated with Shantou Boiled Sea, Fuchun and MGM Macau, Yechun and Japan's Murakami Kazuya, Shangri-La and South Korea's Kaitang and other famous chefs to jointly carry out morning tea tasting activities.
