Recently, the main structure of the 23-storey Innovation Center Building of Shenshan Science and Technology Ecological Park has successfully completed concrete pouring, and the construction height of the main tower has reached 100 meters.
Located in Chuangwen Road, Ebu Town, Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, the project is built by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. with an investment of more than 5 billion yuan, covering an area of more than 90,000 square meters and a construction area of about 475,000 square meters, including industrial space, commercial blocks and apartments, which can provide high-quality R&D office space, intelligent technology exhibition center and full-featured block-style commercial services.
The main body of the building in Area A of the Shenshan Science and Technology Ecological Park project has been capped, the internal decoration construction and the installation of the glass curtain wall have passed eighty percent, and the 53-storey 248-meter-high Innovation Center Building in Area B of the project will refresh the skyline of Shenzhen-Shantou after completion.
"The Innovation Center Building has entered the fast-paced construction stage of a standard floor in 7 days, and has truly entered a period of 'rapid growth', and the main structure will be capped by the end of this year. According to the relevant person in charge of the project department of Zone B of Shenshan Science and Technology Ecological Park of China Railway Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., since the Spring Festival this year, the project has set off a construction climax, with an average of more than 300 project management personnel and workers participating in the operation every day.
In the face of complex structural system, multi-process interspersed operations and other difficult construction tasks, the project department carried out early co-ordination, process decomposition, and resource optimization of the standard layer construction process, and after on-site specific implementation, the standard layer construction was continuously optimized and improved, and the overall progress was about 3 months ahead of the plan.
