In order to further promote the rebound of urban and rural consumption and better meet the needs of the masses, our county decided to carry out the second batch of "Huidong Consumption and Enjoy Funan" Huimin Consumption Voucher Issuance Activity, with a total amount of 1.5 million yuan. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
01 Launch time

The campaign is valid for 10 days (until May 8)
02 Main body of activity

The permanent population of Funan County and those who work, study, and travel in Funan.
(2) The scope of enterprise participation
Eligible commercial enterprises.
03 Distribution platform and coupon collection method
(1) Distribution platform
CCB Life APP, Huishang Bank APP
(2) How to receive coupons
Consumers can register or log in to the CCB Life and Huishang Bank apps to collect consumption vouchers on the main website of the event after the event starts. After the coupon is successfully grabbed, you can directly go to the personal card package for inquiry.
04 Coupon type and amount
Inclusive vouchers (including department stores, retail, food and beverage accommodation):
(1) 20 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 100 yuan;(2) 40 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 200 yuan; (3) 60 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 300 yuan, (4) 100 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 500 yuan. Oil Consumption Voucher (Gasoline Retail): (1) 20 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 200 yuan;
(2) 40 yuan coupon, one can be used for consumption of 300 yuan.
Consumption coupons for green household appliances: (1) 100 yuan coupon, one green home appliance product with a purchase price (the total price and tax in the invoice, the same below) of more than 1,000 yuan (including 1,000 yuan); (2) 300 yuan coupon, one green home appliance with a purchase price of more than 3,000 yuan (including 3,000 yuan); (3) 500 yuan coupon, one green home appliance with a purchase price of more than 5,000 yuan (including 5,000 yuan).
05How to use the event
1. After receiving the vouchers on the platform, recipients of inclusive vouchers and oil consumption vouchers can go to designated merchants to make purchases, and use the consumption vouchers for full reduction and cancellation through payment (credit card/debit card payment is required in advance).
2. When using the consumption vouchers for green household appliances, consumers need to provide relevant identity certificates, and the sales enterprises shall truthfully establish a verification declaration file (a copy of the purchaser's ID card, payment vouchers, invoices and other relevant materials) according to the use of the consumption vouchers, and bring the declaration materials in triplicate and submit them to the issuance platform for review. After the audit results are audited by a third party, the county commerce bureau will publicize them on the relevant platform.
06 Event Rules
1. In order to ensure that the activities are carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the law, if the participating merchants and consumers cheat in violation of regulations (such as swiping orders, cashing out, etc.), their subsidies will be cancelled, and if it constitutes a violation or crime, the public security organs shall be requested to investigate and deal with it in accordance with laws and regulations.
2. Only 1 voucher can be used for each transaction, which cannot be donated or exchanged for cash. Unused consumption vouchers after the end of the campaign will be withdrawn and forfeited, and the next batch of consumption vouchers will be disbursed subject to the verification situation.
3. In the event of force majeure and other factors within the scope of the law, if there is a change or adjustment of the activity, the relevant announcement issued by the county business bureau shall prevail.
