When encountering old and difficult problems in public security work, he always conducts in-depth analysis and judgment, implements precise policies, and solves problems. Not only that, but he also researched a set of anti-fraud strategies for a series of telecom fraud cases in a certain village for printing and dissemination. Since entering the Dongcheng Police Station, You Yuzhe and his colleagues have handled a total of 149 criminal cases, arrested 57 criminal suspects, handled 419 public security cases, punished 633 people, and mediated more than 300 disputes. Since January 2023, more than 80 public security cases have been investigated and dealt with, 167 people have been punished for public security, more than 50 criminal cases have been solved, 23 people have been punished, 9 people have been chased, and 99 disputes have been mediated.
Not only that, You Yuzhe also often went to the provincial departments and municipal bureaus to train other comrades as the smallest combat unit of the "red-blue confrontation" and as a police practical combat instructor.
Due to his outstanding work, You Yuzhe was awarded a personal third-class meritorious service commendation by the Zhaotong Municipal Public Security Bureau in May 2022.
