Instructions for Vaccination Appointments

(Trial run)

Cervical cancer is a major killer of women's health, and the vast majority of cervical cancers are caused by persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV). The most susceptible high-risk HPV subtypes are HPV16, HPV52 and HPV58 among mainland women, and HPV vaccination is one of the effective means to prevent cervical cancer. In order to further meet the HPV vaccination needs of the majority of school-age women in our district and standardize the vaccination order, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Reservation object

The first dose of HPV vaccine is applicable to women aged 9-45, who must be registered and permanent residents of the city, and appointments are not accepted across the city.

2. Appointment time

HPV vaccine appointments are open twice a month, and the first online appointment (trial run) will be opened from April 28 (Sunday) to April 30 (Tuesday) this month.

3. How to make an appointment

"Mengsuban" is the only official designated appointment platform, residents in the jurisdiction can search for the "Mengsuban" applet through WeChat and Alipay, or download the "Mengsuban" APP client, and make an appointment on the HPV vaccine appointment portal on the homepage after registration. Women aged 18-45 need real-name authentication, who certifies and who makes an appointment for vaccination (no appointment is allowed); 9-17 years old can also apply for ID card real-name authentication, if you don't have an ID card, you need to submit a photo of the household registration book by their guardian to make an appointment on behalf of them (after the appointment is successful, the household registration book or ID card information will be verified during offline vaccination, and those who do not match the information will not be vaccinated). After the first dose appointment is successful, there is no need to make an appointment (reserve) for the second and third doses.

4. Precautions:

1.4-valent and 9-valent HPV vaccine appointments are made in the form of online appointment + on-site vaccination payment, and telephone and on-site appointments are not accepted, and please do not trust any other payment methods to avoid economic and property losses.

2. The vaccine can only be vaccinated by the person with the appointment information, and only 1 person can be booked at a time, and if the appointment success information is inconsistent with the information of the recipient, it will be regarded as an invalid appointment and will not be vaccinated.

3. After the first dose appointment is successful, the second and third doses do not need to be booked, just follow the vaccination procedures to the appointment outpatient clinic for vaccination, and the vaccination procedures for 4-valent and 9-valent vaccines are as follows: one shot at 0, 2, and 6 months, and three shots are required for the whole process.

4. For those who have successfully made an appointment, please bring the mobile phone that has successfully made an appointment, your ID card and proof of residence (household registration book, student ID, residence certificate of village/neighborhood committee, house book, house purchase contract, social security payment record), the three contents must be consistent, and go to the vaccination clinic for manual verification on schedule for vaccination.

5. If you are unable to get vaccinated on time due to personal reasons after the appointment is successful, the appointment information will be kept for 7 days, please communicate with the vaccination site in time, and those who do not complete the first dose within 7 days will be deemed to have given up voluntarily and need to make a new appointment. Unvaccinated vaccines will be transferred to the next batch and will continue to be announced on this platform.

6. After 3 consecutive appointments, none of them went to the site on time for vaccination, and the system will no longer accept appointments for the recipient within 12 months.

7. The number of HPV vaccines is limited, after the appointment starts, until the appointment is over, the appointment is successful and follow the prompt information to get vaccinated, please wait patiently for those who have not made an appointment, the appointment will be open every month, please continue to pay attention to the public information.

5. Contraindications to vaccination

1. Those who are allergic to vaccines or any excipients of vaccines.

2. Pregnant and lactating women should not be vaccinated with this vaccine, and women who are trying to conceive are not recommended to be vaccinated.

3. Postpone vaccination during the onset of fever, various acute diseases, and acute attacks of chronic diseases.

4. Avoid the use of immunoglobulin or blood products within three months before vaccination.

5. Patients with thrombocytopenia and any coagulation disorder should be vaccinated with caution.

6. Those who have recently received any of the vaccines with an interval of less than 14 days.

Tips: In order to ensure that you can complete this vaccination smoothly and happily, if you have the above contraindications to vaccination, please postpone your appointment.
