At present, the company's main business is divided into three major sectors: first, power generation. 18.55 million kilowatts of coal-fired power were in operation, accounting for 80.4%; 4.53 million kilowatts of new energy, accounting for 19.6%. The scale of coal-fired power under construction is 11×1 million kilowatts. The company's installed thermal power capacity of Mengxi Power Grid accounts for 34% of the installed capacity of the whole network for direct regulation of public thermal power plants, and has 7 thermal power plants with an installed capacity of more than one million kilowatts, and 3 power plants of Shangdu Power Generation Company, Xilin Thermal Power Company and Weijiayuan Coal Power Company are sent to Beijing, Tianjin, Tangzhou and Hebei South Power Grid. The second is the heating sector. The company's 16 power plants are cogeneration enterprises, which are responsible for the heating of 170 million square meters of residents in 8 league cities of the autonomous region and the steam consumption of some key military enterprises in Baotou area. The third is the coal sector. It has 3 production coal mines and 1 infrastructure coal mine, with an annual production capacity of 35 million tons of coal under management and an actual annual production capacity of 31 million tons.

In 2024, in order to strengthen the construction of the talent team of the northern company and supplement the production and operation personnel urgently needed by the subordinate units, according to the development needs of the northern company, the 2024 annual public recruitment of college graduates is hereby carried out, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Recruitment conditions

(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be of good character, abide by discipline and law, identify with the corporate culture, and identify with the corporate culture of Huaneng Group and North Company.

(2) Full-time fresh graduates enrolled by domestic colleges and universities who will graduate in 2024 and have obtained a bachelor's degree certificate or above and a degree certificate (double certificate), including graduates who have not been employed during the two-year career selection period (2023 and 2024), or international students who have obtained the academic qualifications and degree certification of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and have the qualification of dispatch (hereinafter referred to as international students) before the end of August 2024.

One-year master's degree students from Hong Kong and Macao, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and other countries (territories) enrolled in 2023 will not be included in the scope of recruitment in 2024.

(3) Have the physical and psychological qualities to perform their duties normally. In line with the actual needs of the enterprise, professional and post counterpart, with the quality and ability to adapt to the position to be applied for, with a strong team spirit and professionalism.

(4) If no employment agreement or contract has been signed with other units, the Employment Agreement may be provided.

(5) Graduates must obtain academic qualifications and degrees certified by the national education department before the end of August of the recruitment year (the year of registration), and have no social security payment records in China during the study period and after graduation, otherwise the employment will be cancelled and will not be registered. For Ph.D. graduates, the recruitment year (year of registration) can be extended to December.

(6) The units and positions applied by graduates must meet the requirements for the recusal of relatives. The following recusal requirements should be met:

1. Graduates shall not apply for positions that constitute the recusal of leading cadres after being hired. Leaders refer to the cadres at the deputy level and above in the grass-roots enterprise team of the North Company (the same below).

2.
