With books as the carrier, on the morning of April 27, "Be a Book Lover" - an offline parent-child reading activity with the theme of ancient Chinese scientific and technological inventions and creations will be held at the "Huide Reading Station", through co-reading, so that parents can accompany their children to explore the mysteries of ancient Chinese scientific and technological inventions and creations, and be the inheritors of traditional Chinese culture.
It is understood that this parent-child reading activity is delivered by the Dade community parent-child reading leading readers, children's reading certifiers, Foshan Zhixing Neighborhood Library Director, Guicheng excellent volunteer teachers, and children's emotional intelligence 3-12 years old system trainer Teacher Quaqua, with reading as the carrier, to learn the relevant knowledge of papermaking and the development history of book publishing;

It is reported that as the venue of this event, the "Huide Reading Station" in Nanhai District was jointly built by the Nanhai Branch of Foshan Radio and Television Network, Nanhai Library and Guicheng Sub-district Office, and was officially opened to the public on December 18, 2021. The station covers an area of nearly 200 square meters, with a collection of 6,000 books in the station, which integrates the local cultural characteristics from the space, characteristics and quality.
