——Jinjiang Kindergarten "1+N" Teaching and Research Alliance and Jiangyun Famous Teacher Studio carried out research, teaching and training activities in the central kindergarten of Liubo Town
In order to give full play to the leading role of the national pilot park, promote the sharing of educational resources in urban and rural kindergartens, and accelerate the implementation of game courses in the county. On the morning of April 26, 2024, Geng Wenli, director of Jingui Branch of Jinjiang Kindergarten, and her party of four people visited Liubokan Town Central Kindergarten to carry out research, teaching and training activities. The event was accompanied by Zhang Guisong, principal of Liubokan Experimental School, and Cheng Lan, the principal of the kindergarten.
Director Geng and his entourage first checked the indoor and outdoor environment, game materials, children's games and representation records of our kindergarten, and affirmed the children's bold confidence and the teacher's hands-off game, and also gave scientific guiding suggestions on the arrangement of the day's activity process.
After the outdoor games, Chen Shaojun, director of Jingui Branch of Jinjiang Kindergarten, organized a thinking sharing activity in the kindergarten. In the activity, Director Chen was child-oriented and guided children to find and solve problems. Children think deeply and speak actively, and the overall atmosphere of the activity is relaxed and pleasant.
After the idea sharing, the teachers sat together and carried out an in-depth exchange and discussion activity. Everyone spoke one after another, saying the problems and confusion in the process of daily activities, and Director Geng and his entourage answered questions and doubts to the teachers of the kindergarten from a professional point of view, providing valuable suggestions for the teachers' future education and teaching work.
Finally, Principal Zhang of Liubokan Experimental School expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Jinjiang Alliance Leading Park, and at the same time put forward new requirements for the teachers of our park in the future work.
