Since I came to Taoyuan in 2018 and officially became a member of the agricultural front in 2019, in the blink of an eye, I have been engaged in agricultural work for more than five years. The happy memories are condensed into life insights that make me grow and make me feel extremely fulfilled.

As a member of the post-90s generation, when I first worked, I was very frustrated because I didn't know anything about agriculture because of my mismatched majors and ignorance of agricultural knowledge. As far as agricultural work is concerned, a lot of work is basically accompanied by the download of new software, which is something that we can understand at a glance, but the village accountants have to spend N times more energy to learn, but no matter the time is tight or the task is complex, they can complete it seriously and responsibly. At the beginning of 2022, I came to work in the investment promotion statistics department. When I was dealing with tax and other policy issues, I found that I did not have a deep understanding of some of the terms, which made me realize my lack of business knowledge and policy understanding, and I realized that investment promotion requires a lot of professional knowledge, such as the need to plan the project, understand the nature of the land, the investment policy, the various procedures that need to be handled, etc.
The work of the investment promotion department is mainly connected with the Commerce Bureau and the Development and Reform Bureau, and when it is busy, there are 12 reports a day, and most of the tasks are urgent, so I will prepare a piece of paper every day and use it to record every notice I receive. At the same time, I carefully sort out the tasks that need to be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly basis, and mark different priorities, so that I can know at a glance which tasks need to be prioritized and which can be solved later, so that I don't have to disrupt my original plan due to ad hoc tasks.
In 2023, after the post adjustment, I came to work in the investment promotion and statistics department, and since the head of the department was on maternity leave, I was the only one left in the statistics department. 2023 is also the inventory stage of the Fifth National Economic Census, which is a huge challenge for me after only one year of work. The inventory work is the basic work of the Pentateuch Census, and the results of the census largely depend on the incomplete and incomplete inventory, so I am rigorous and serious in the process of inventory registration, and it is common to work overtime to review and correct mistakes during that time, but this also allows me to grow and increase my talents. Later, under the leadership of the leader in charge, I sorted out and produced the key statistical work in 2023, which also enabled me to further clarify the work ideas and priorities, understand and grasp the basic situation of the town, and let the statistical work have a handle. During this period of time in the investment promotion and statistics departments, what I feel more deeply is that we should not be afraid of mistakes, practice boldly, study more by ourselves, ask more questions and learn more if we can't, and experience and perceive in person, so as to accurately grasp every aspect of the work.
Now, with the deepening of the work of the economic and trade department, I believe that the economic and trade department is not only to manage enterprises, but also to serve enterprises, such as enterprise cultivation, policy publicity and implementation, solving problems in enterprise development, etc., which has higher requirements for my professional knowledge ability, communication and coordination ability, innovative thinking ability, service awareness, etc. In the future work, I will continue to maintain a calm and objective attitude and pragmatic and enterprising spirit, continue to learn and improve my comprehensive quality and work ability, and continue to conscientiously perform my duties and missions with full enthusiasm and solid work style.
