The notice pointed out that the demonstration town should focus on the construction of polder towns, the economic development of the towns, and the governance capacity, comprehensively improve the conditions of rural infrastructure, optimize the service guarantee of rural talents, strengthen the public service functions of towns and towns, improve the level of integrated development of industry and towns, and give full play to the leading role of good town services.
