He pointed out that the mainland photovoltaic market is still facing many problems such as consumption pressure and revenue model. At the management level, a variety of measures should be taken, such as the need to ensure policy continuity, the separation of the old and the new, the revision of distributed and household management methods, and the strengthening of power grid transformation to improve consumption capacity. Talking about the current situation of the mainland photovoltaic industry, Liu Yiyang believes that in 2023, the development of the mainland photovoltaic industry will be mixed, but the overall demand still has good room for development. According to Infolink Consulting's optimistic forecast, the new scale in mainland China will reach 255GW in 2024. He believes that the advanced photovoltaic technology route, whether it is TOPCon, HIBC, Polo-IBC, HJT technology, will reach an efficiency of 27%. However, with the improvement of efficiency, more problems such as metastable defects, UV degradation, and unstable passivation have been discovered. Therefore, it is necessary to consider how to achieve true stability and high efficiency, protect the battery from these defects, and improve the reliability of the high-efficiency module. He proposed that in order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality, humanity needs to install 70 terawatts of photovoltaic by 2050, that is, about 7 kilowatts per capita. China and the world should continue to increase the growth rate of photovoltaic power generation, which needs to reach an annual growth rate of 25% in the next decade. China needs to deploy 9 terawatts of PV and maintain a rate of 400 GW per year to meet its targets.

Analyzing the current situation of the photovoltaic industry from the current development trend, technical status, and existing problems of the photovoltaic industry, he believes that in 2024, TOPcon will be dominant, and PERC has accelerated its exit and operated in small quantities. By the end of 2024, PERC cells/modules are expected to become customized products with a very small share, just as polycrystalline cells and modules shrank back then. In 2024, the built production capacity of N-TOPCon will continue to be released, and the HJT production capacity will still be in the non-mainstream stage with a small amount. Under the new international situation, it has become a trend for mainland photovoltaic companies to go overseas, excellent products are squeezed by inferior products, technological progress and high reliability are no longer the pursuit of most enterprises, and survival and "leftover" are the first elements. According to Zhan Yiqiang, for the study of the intrinsic stability of perovskite materials, the laboratory proposed a gas-phase induced phase transformation pure α-FAPbI3 growth method, which combined with surface interface modification, stress control and other methods to improve the stability of the device. In addition, the development of a covalent cross-linking stability strategy greatly improves the working stability of the device. In terms of the UV stability of perovskite materials, the laboratory proposes a whole-process lead management strategy, using multifunctional ultraviolet absorbers to improve the UV stability of perovskites, and using down-conversion luminescent materials to broaden the light absorption range of flexible perovskites.

Micronano optoelectronic perovskite products have passed the IEC6215 and IEC730 full-sequence stability certification. At present, the world's first perovskite distributed rooftop power station has been officially connected to the grid on January 19, 2023, with an installed capacity of 97.2 kilowatts. With the world's first perovskite-photoelectric complementary power station and the largest single perovskite distributed rooftop power station put into operation, it indicates that perovskite technology has entered a substantial commercial stage. The 1MW perovskite ground-mounted centralized power station in Kubuqi, Inner Mongolia, will also be connected to the grid by the end of 2023.

Perovskite technology can achieve relatively high conversion efficiency, which can theoretically reach 31%, in addition, it also has high temperature resistance and good low light performance. Zou Chicheng believes that the current overcapacity of the photovoltaic industry is inevitable, the external environment is very harsh, and all industrial chain enterprises need to seriously think about their own survival.

Xiao Shengyi pointed out that from the history of the development of the photovoltaic industry, it can be found that overcapacity is a cyclical process, and the photovoltaic industry will inevitably return to the normal track in the future. The current situation of low bidding prices will not last for a long time, and the top priority is to establish the correct orientation of the industry's price mechanism.

Xu Weizhi pointed out that overcapacity is a cycle and a new era, and these three aspects are very important: accurate technical route, prudent equipment selection, and stepping on the right investment rhythm. At the moment when the photovoltaic industry is declining, it is still necessary to maintain a cautious and optimistic attitude, because the current overall trend of photovoltaic is still growing.

Lv Fang believes that the mainland has ranked first in the world in photovoltaic module manufacturing for 17 consecutive years, ranked first in the world in new photovoltaic installed capacity for 11 consecutive years, and ranked first in the world in cumulative installed capacity for 9 consecutive years. On the one hand, domestic enterprises feel that the involution is serious, and European and American countries have given up R&D and production because of the "volume" of us. In this regard, we have put forward some suggestions to the state, especially for low-price competition, the state can have some policy actions to take the advanced and green attributes of product technology as the bidding element, rather than only the price as the bidding element.

Shu Hua pointed out: At present, the ecology of the photovoltaic industry is very healthy, and I do not think that the current process is going through a cycle as before. Now photovoltaic is out of an era of change, to bid farewell to traditional manufacturing, everyone's competitive landscape should be based on this cognition, and at the same time strengthen innovation in all aspects to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises. The most important thing is to innovate the way of thinking of opening up the market, to focus on the application scenarios, to innovate in a targeted manner, to develop the market, and to create the market. The second is that enterprises should control themselves, take the initiative to reduce old production capacity, and learn to break the wrist of a strong man.

He Peilin said: As an equipment company, Suzhou Waterway has been in a cycle. The first thing equipment enterprises should do is to realize the process, and on the basis of the equipment process realization, it will bring value-added to the photovoltaic enterprises. This value-added process also includes continuous cost reduction without sacrificing quality. Therefore, innovation is the core competitiveness of equipment enterprises.

Xu Tingting emphasized: When every new photovoltaic technology first came out, it faced a great test. For example, N-type single-glass modules are in line with the trend of lightweight products, but how to ensure its wear resistance and other indicators requires careful evaluation by enterprises. TÜV is able to provide sufficient and detailed laboratory and outdoor test data to carry out adequate analysis and evaluation for PV companies and customers. What we provide to companies is not just a simple certificate, but an in-depth study of the efficiency and reliability behind new technologies. In an era of fierce competition, every company should take care of its feathers, and TüV can escort the innovation and development of enterprises.

Chen Sha believes that in the face of competition and involution, first of all, all application enterprises in the industrial chain should reasonably plan and expect. I think it's still prudently optimistic this year. Second, we must be pragmatic in the face of the market.

Xu Jianmei said: "As researchers, our team has done a lot of thinking and research on the standard of BIPV, considering how to balance aesthetics and practicality. The second direction is how to formulate BIPV lightweight standards.
