10. The goods and ancillary products provided by the distribution platform or cooperative merchants comply with relevant production standards, departmental rules and relevant provisions of laws and regulations, and the economic losses and disputes caused by product quality shall be resolved by the issuing platform and the merchants.
11. Merchants shall not arbitrage short orders, and shall not collude with scalpers to maliciously arbitrage, otherwise merchants shall return the arbitrage profits and be prohibited from participating in activities as appropriate. If the User finds any of the above violations, he/she may report them to the Organizer at any time. If the situation is verified to be true, the organizer will investigate the relevant responsibilities of the violating merchants.
12. All time points of this event are subject to Beijing time. In the event of force majeure or change of circumstances (such as major disasters, orders from competent authorities that need to be stopped or adjusted, system failures that require suspension, or illegal cheating activities that harm the rights and interests of consumers), to the extent permitted by law, the organizer and CDFG membership channels and cooperation platforms reserve the right to adjust, suspend and terminate this event, which will take effect after announcement.
