Weighing 4,700 tons, more than 30 meters above the ground, covering an area of 29,000 square meters, how fine is it necessary to build such a giant steel structure roof?

Such a stunning building is one of the 11 landmark buildings in the start-up area that has attracted much attention: the Xiong'an Sports Center project.
Standing on the top floor stand of the project department of Xiong'an Sports Center, the circular steel structure building complex outside and inside is presented in front of you. The swimming pools, stadiums, and gymnasiums under construction are arranged in a symmetrical central axis and an orderly master-slave manner, and the magnificent project is shocking.
The characteristics of this complex are not only large, but also its "millimeter-level" fine requirements, which are reflected in all aspects of construction, such as small welds.
The relevant person in charge of the sports center project of Beijing Urban Construction Group said that every electric weld of the entire building must be tested for ultrasonic flaw to ensure that there are no inherent construction defects. The butt size of each weld, including the groove angle, appearance deviation, etc., is controlled within two millimeters.
"This kind of strict standard is far beyond our previous construction specifications. The person in charge said.
The strict requirements of the construction process are only visible quality standards, and this project also has a hidden "millimeter" standard, that is, a digital model.
"From civil construction to the arrangement of a pipeline, we have completed the rationalization and optimal matching in the digital model, and the actual construction is strictly implemented in accordance with the determined model, and the accuracy control is very strict, which can reach the 'millimeter level'. The person in charge of the project said, "This is equivalent to 'moving' the digital model of the entire building to reality."
In addition, according to the relevant person in charge of the project, there are actually more than 1,000 sensors hidden in the complex construction of the sports center project, which can automatically and accurately monitor the state of the building, so that the "millimeter-level" precision control is reflected in all aspects of the project construction.

The Feiquan Community Party and Mass Service Center, not far from Xianxi Community, has created different activity spaces for children of different ages: "Children's Reading and Children's Walking" parent-child reading area, art workshop, food education workshop, science and education hall......
