In the knowledge lecture, Nurse Zhan Jing explained in detail the distinction between early, middle and late pregnancy, the physiological and psychological changes of expectant mothers in each stage, the diet, daily care and monitoring of expectant mothers, and how to cooperate with expectant fathers during pregnancy. It puts forward the principle of nutrition during pregnancy as comprehensive, balanced, scientific and nutritious, emphasizes the physiological changes of women during pregnancy, lists the seven major nutrients and food sources that need to be ingested during different periods of pregnancy, and gives detailed dietary guidelines to expectant mothers from the preparation period to the third trimester of pregnancy, and recommends several foods suitable for pregnant mothers.
