In fact, recently, the Philippines has been hyping up topics such as "a large number of Chinese citizens entering the country abnormally" and "Chinese citizens endangering Philippine national security", and the targets are not only Chinese citizens who have recently entered the Philippines, but also Chinese studying in the Philippines, project leaders related to China's "Belt and Road" initiative, local governments with a pro-China attitude, etc., and even Duterte has been labeled a "traitor" by the Marcos government.
As China's neighbor, the Philippines is already one of the countries with the largest number of Chinese in the world, and there is a large influx of Chinese citizens into the Philippines. To put it bluntly, the Marcos administration has already planned to go all the way to the bottom and carry out the anti-Chinese policy to the end, so it is now unscrupulous in finding fault with China, chasing after the wind and shadows like the United States, and accusing China of endangering Philippine national security.
Frankly speaking, whether Marcos took the initiative to turn his face and deny the "gentlemen's agreement" reached between the previous administration and China, or the various joint military exercises and strategic provocations between the United States and the Philippines, in fact, it has no impact on us, because the more anxious the United States is in the direction of the South China Sea, and the more it engages in such small actions, the more it shows that the China-Russia-Iran triangle is very effective in strangling the United States in the Middle East. However, one of the issues that we have to consider now is that if the Philippines continues to be left alone, the 2 million Chinese in the Philippines are likely to become "victims" of the Philippine anti-Chinese policy, which of course does not mean that their lives will be threatened, but that their vital interests will be seriously damaged, and they may be subjected to all kinds of exclusion and discriminatory treatment, their legitimate rights and interests will be infringed, and their personal dignity will be in jeopardy.
