On the morning of April 19, the Third Arbitration Division of Lanzhou Arbitration Commission held three consecutive hearings to hear three cases of sales contract disputes. After preliminary communication with the case secretary and mediation presided over by the arbitral tribunal, the parties to the three cases voluntarily reached settlement agreements, two of which were settled through mediation in court and one was withdrawn.

During the hearing, the parties submitted a written settlement agreement reached by themselves to the arbitral tribunal, and negotiated and agreed on the amount of the outstanding payment, the method and time limit of payment, and the bearing of arbitration costs. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the Arbitration Rules of Lanzhou Arbitration Commission, combined with the evidentiary materials, the arbitral tribunal conducted a comprehensive and detailed review of the matters agreed in the settlement agreement, and in line with the principle of respecting the autonomy of the parties, prepared the relevant legal documents in court, which were signed by both parties, and the dispute was finally successfully concluded by conciliation.
