At least six civilians were injured in a Russian missile strike that hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Smilla, according to the governor of Ukraine's Cherkasy region. [497] The governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region said that at least two civilians were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region. [498] At least seven civilians were injured in an attack by Russian forces on a railway station in the city of Balakliya in Kharkiv Oblast, the governor of Kharkiv Oblast said.
