The applicant Liu Moumou and a construction equipment leasing Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou signed a material leasing contract with the person subject to enforcement, Mr. Sun, in 2019, and the contract was not returned after it expired. An important reason is that Sun signed a debt repayment agreement with a third party, and Sun paid off a part of the construction materials owned and leased by himself, and because Sun could not repay the debt, the third party prevented the applicant from getting back the leased property, resulting in the failure to perform the court judgment.
