On April 24, the Tianjin Cultural Center Trade Union Station was inaugurated, which is the first "intelligent + self-service" unattended trade union station built by the Hexi District Federation of Trade Unions to fully implement the "New Double 15" project goal of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The District Federation of Trade Unions actively planned, took the initiative to integrate the construction of the trade union post station into Hexi District to create a "high-quality 15-minute comprehensive service circle", promoted the establishment of a special working class composed of the District Federation of Trade Unions, the Regional Office of the Tianjin Cultural Center and the cadres of Yuexiu Road Street, formulated a special work plan, and accelerated the construction of the trade union post station of the Tianjin Cultural Center. Taking "the most concentrated crowd, the closest site, and the most convenient service" as the starting point, the special team repeatedly demonstrated the location of the site with the person in charge of the site such as Meituan and Ele.me, and the person in charge of the subway, shopping mall and other carriers, and finally decided to establish a trade union post station at the intersection of Paradise Road and Guangdong Road to meet the needs of outdoor workers around the Tianjin Cultural Center.
As the first smart trade union post station in the district that integrates intelligent management and self-service in one, visitors only need to open their mobile phones and scan the QR code at the entrance of the post station to enter. On the basis of providing warm-hearted services such as rest, drinking water, hot meals, charging, Internet access, reading, medical emergency, cooling, and rain prevention, the post station has added intelligent management functions such as unattended, panoramic monitoring, fire warning, and crowd statistics. According to preliminary statistics, more than 100 outdoor workers were served on the opening day, which effectively solved the "key trivial matters" of outdoor workers and realized the transformation of the post station from "have" to "excellent".
At the event site, the trade union organized to build a bridge to connect the heart, and carried out the volunteer service activity of "Trade Union Volunteer Line to Light up Micro Wishes" at the post station, and four caring enterprises of China Resources Power Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Kangheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tianjia Lide Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Dongfu Network Technology Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch paired up to help 2 difficult employees and 2 new employment workers light up "micro wishes" and help realize "micro dreams". At the same time, the co-construction volunteer service team was invited to provide legal assistance, heart-warming free clinics, love and psychological hair and other services for outdoor workers.
In the next step, the District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to promote the action of expanding the area of the post station to improve quality and efficiency, accelerate the construction of the trade union post station and other positions with the work idea of "five grasping and five promoting", and strive to build a service circle of "Xigong Post Network" that radiates 226 post stations in 14 streets in the district, so that more outdoor workers can find, enter and use, and effectively play the role of the trade union as a bridge and link.
