In the first quarter, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the state increased by 4.6%, ranking 5th in the province and 3rd in central Yunnan. The four industries of wholesale and residential meals increased by 23.0%, 7.4%, 11% and 15.4% respectively, contributing 32.5% to the state's GDP and driving GDP growth by 1.9 percentage points, which is still an important support for the state's economic growth.
