This is the second cooperation between the designer and the owner, two years ago is a set of more than 1,000 square meters of single-family villas, this time is a rare set of river view large flats, with the run-in, this communication is very fast, and the design of the villa is different, the designer in the design of the villa is more to reflect the luxury and delicacy of the villa, the design process, more is to follow the heart, from the heart, for the family and themselves to create a natural and relaxed home, so that the family can enjoy a quiet leisure time.
From the communication of the plan to the implementation of the design, the appearance of the home is like a movie scene from the mind, when playing with the children, cooking in the kitchen, when a person is quietly reading a book, when a large group of friends are chatting at home, one by one, the designer has to do is to outline these scenes in the space in series, the picture is the appearance of home; A green leaf is the embellishment of the life scene, the space is people-oriented, a large area of blank, more left to life itself, do not need too much decoration, from the inside to create a comfortable sense of luxury.

Meet the perception of nature
The house was originally finely decorated and delivered, there is a large entrance to the door, there is a long corridor around the entrance, although it looks very imposing, but there is no natural light; the passage also separates the various functions, the aura is there but there is no breath of life, the designer first demolishes all the walls that can hit the aisle, so that the space is fully integrated, the natural light can be faced, and the door can be opened to welcome the freshness of nature, and the warmth of the home can be perceived.
The large oval pillar is actually a thick shear wall, which adds a touch of softness to the space, and the extension of the bar breaks the longitudinal balance of the original aisle, extending the aisle to the other two directions, welcoming the perception of nature together.

The large area of the aisle is left blank, dissolving the boundaries of the space, and the treatment of the top surface increases the texture of the space, where there is only food and laughter, with the addition of people, there will be a lot of emotional changes in the space, and the atmosphere has begun to appear, and the family is the protagonist. At this moment, the space is more to show the exclusive temperament of the owner's home, no matter how much decoration is powerless, the four seasons change, the sun and the moon change, what remains unchanged is the appearance of the family smiling.
The restaurant is located in the middle of the Chinese and Western kitchens, which is very in line with the living habits of the family, the western kitchen uses semi-transparent glass partitions, which seem to be separated from each other, and the creation of space levels is not only through the division of the area, but more importantly, through the conduction of materials, different materials are divided and reorganized through the blocks, constituting a relative balance.
