Salary standard for auxiliary workers: male workers guarantee 4,500 yuan/month + overtime pay, monthly salary of about 6,500 yuan.
Overtime wages: 17 yuan/hour after 20:00 and 25 yuan/hour after 23:00.
The whole shrimp/soup workshop assistant worker is 12 hours for one shift, (excluding meal time, two meals are set at 1.5 hours) and the overtime pay for more than 12 hours is calculated as 17 yuan/hour.
Caution:
Shrimp peeling workers are deducted 0.1 yuan per catty for self-departure + absenteeism + resignation.
Male auxiliary workers have left the mine and their wages have been reduced by 20 per cent. Commercial insurance is 80 yuan/month, and the full amount of insurance will be deducted if you leave your job in the middle of the job. At the end of the construction period, the uniform fare subsidy is 300 yuan (regardless of the distance).
