"Sister Jin Housekeeping" makes life better
Tianjin Women and Family Service Industry Association

The association lays a foundation for training, carries out the training of professional managers of "Sister Jin's housekeeping" and the training of practical skills of housekeeping personnel, and helps improve the overall service level of Tianjin's housekeeping industry. Every two years, the "Women's Housekeeping Vocational Skills Competition" is held to promote training and training through competition, and to show the professional demeanor and professional level of "Sister Jin's Housekeeping" service personnel. Innovation and Tianjin Open University set up a college degree promotion education of "housekeeping and management", which realized the integration of vocational skills training and academic education for housekeeping staff, and housekeepers took up posts with "double certificates" after graduation, which built a good platform for the front-line staff of "Sister Jinjie" to improve their overall quality.
The association helps the cooperation between the east and the west, continues to carry out housekeeping vocational skills training for the Gansu sisters who come to Tianjin, and transfers them to member housekeeping enterprises for employment after graduation, so as to realize the two-way travel of housekeeping enterprises and Gansu sisters, and interpret responsibility with practical actions.
The association actively plays the role of a bridge between supply and demand, provides talent support for the development of housekeeping enterprises, establishes talent input co-construction units in some areas of Gansu Province and Hebei Province, connects with colleges and universities, relies on the human resources department, and organizes member companies to conduct face-to-face communication with housekeeping talents through "special job fairs", "talent fairs" and "campus promotion meetings", so as to meet the talent recruitment needs of member enterprises and solve a major problem in enterprise employment.
The association actively organizes member units to participate in Tianjin's "Like the Most Beautiful Women" activity, combined with the characteristics of the industry, through extensive mobilization, extensive participation, and extensive management, excavation, cultivation, and selection of advanced "Sister Jinjie" female models who can "stand, live, and shout" in the post, and guide more female employees not to forget their original intentions, keep in mind their mission, and contribute to the construction of a beautiful new Tianjin.
