On April 30, the departure time of the evening peak trains of Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 6 and Line 10 will be advanced to about 15:00, the evening peak of the Circle Line will be increased by 4 trains, the minimum departure interval will be shortened to 3 minutes and 30 seconds, and the departure interval of the National Expo Line during peak hours will be shortened to 10 minutes.
On May 1st~5th, at 09:00~19:00 every day, the departure interval of Line 1, Line 2, Line 6, Line 10, Ring Line and National Expo Line will be shortened compared with Saturdays and Sundays to meet the demand for passenger flow during the festival, and the transportation capacity of Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 6 and other core areas will be increased compared with Saturdays and Sundays to ensure the demand for passenger evacuation at night. At the same time, Chongqing Rail Group will adjust the operation organization in a timely manner according to the passenger flow.
Optimize the operating path
From 15:00 on April 30 to 24:00 on May 5, Line 1 will open Chaotianmen to Bishan Dajiao Road to meet the passenger flow needs of the university town area; On May 1st ~ 5th, after 16:30 every day, some trains of Line 6 will turn back in the Optoelectronics Park; on April 30th ~ May 5th, after 20:00 every day, some trains of Line 10 will turn back at the T2 terminal of Jiangbei Airport to ensure the evacuation of passengers in the core section.
Extended hours of operation
From April 30th ~ May 4th, the main passenger flow directions and sections of Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 6 and Line 10 will be differentially extended by 1 hour, and the departure time of the last train will be extended to 00:00 the next day, the operating time of the ring line will be extended by 0.5 hours, and the departure time of the last train will be extended to 23:00, and the operating time of Line 4 will be extended by 1 hour and the departure time of the last train will be extended to 23:30 on April 30~May 5.
At the same time, in order to facilitate the travel of passengers during the concert at Longxing Football Stadium, on May 3~4, the operating time of the section from Xingke Avenue to Gaotanyan of Line 9 will be extended by 0.5 hours, and the departure time of the last train will be extended to 23:30.
After the adjustment of the plan, it is estimated that the transportation capacity of the whole line network will be about 6.02 million passengers on April 30, an increase of about 520,000 passengers compared with working days, and the maximum number of trains on the whole line network will be 335, an increase of 4 trains compared with working days. It is estimated that on May 1st ~ 5th, the maximum daily capacity of the whole line network will be about 5.28 million passengers, an increase of about 600,000 passengers compared with Saturdays and Sundays, and the maximum number of trains on the whole line network will be 261, an increase of 23 trains compared with Saturdays and Sundays.
