Tianyancha legal litigation information shows that recently, *ST Jinke (000656) added a new bankruptcy case, the applicant is the company, and the economic court is the Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court. In February of this year, the company filed for bankruptcy review. According to the ruling recently released by the court, as of June 30, 2023, Jinke and its subsidiaries within the scope of consolidated financial statements had total book assets of 275.109 billion yuan, total liabilities of 241.080 billion yuan, and net assets of 34.028 billion yuan. Among them, Jinke shares book assets of 76.197 billion yuan, liabilities of 51.246 billion yuan (excluding external guarantees and other debts), net assets of 24.951 billion yuan. The court ruled to accept the company's bankruptcy reorganization application.

Jinke Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 1994, the legal representative is Zhou Da, with a registered capital of about 5.34 billion yuan, which is jointly held by Huang Hongyun, Chongqing Jinke Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Securities Clearing Co., Ltd., etc. The risk information shows that the company has a number of information on the person subject to enforcement, the consumption restriction order, the dishonest person subject to execution (the old lai) and the final case.
