The second phase of the Qingdao Beer Malt Factory project plans to build 3 high-rise residential buildings and a residential area supporting buildings. The land area is 11,864 square meters, with a total construction area of 51,150 square meters, including 32,718 square meters of residential buildings, a plot ratio of 2.9, a green space rate of 30%, and 404 parking spaces.
