As a key urban renewal project in Guangzhou, the Lirendong Village Renewal Project is jointly developed by Yuexiu Real Estate and Lirendong Village, with a renovation area of 162.23 hectares, which is the largest investment in the old village renewal project in Panyu District so far.
The first phase of the project is the first construction plot of the project, which is undertaken by China Construction Fourth Bureau, with a total construction area of 143,000 square meters, including 4 high-rise towers, 1 kindergarten, 1 nine-year primary and secondary school, and 1 welfare station for the elderly.
After the completion of the project, it can meet the needs of more than 1,000 villagers to relocate, promote the overall improvement of the quality of living space in the Guangzhou South Railway Station area, make up for the shortcomings of public service facilities, accelerate the transformation of regional industries, promote the improvement of regional commercial value and the quality of public space, and help Lirendong Village become a new fashion highland in the Bay Area.

Since the start of the project, with the goal of "building a beautiful Lirendong Village", it has continuously accelerated the construction "acceleration". In the face of problems such as tight construction period, multi-specialization, and multi-process cross-operation, the project department continuously optimizes the construction plan, strictly controls the time node, divides the basement construction area into five major operation areas, and implements grid management.
The project department adopts the "shift system" mode to ensure that the various processes on the construction site are closely connected, the machinery and equipment, and the construction personnel work in an orderly manner, and the first basement roof is completed in 2 months with high efficiency.
In order to strengthen the supervision of the whole process of project construction, the Lirendong Village Committee has set up a villager quality supervision group, which is composed of registered villagers with relevant engineering qualifications and engaged in construction work, to supervise the project in an all-round way from the aspects of whether the building materials are up to standard, whether the construction is according to the drawings, whether it is according to the quality acceptance and construction safety, and releases a weekly report on the construction progress of the project every week.

Everything in the world, people's livelihood is the greatest. In order to meet the needs of the villagers and create a high-quality project that satisfies the villagers, the project conducts interviews and surveys with the villagers to obtain opinions and feedback information in the early stages of planning and design, and uses BIM to deepen the design, so as to realize the efficiency of interior decoration design and the accuracy of interior decoration construction, and at the same time promote the innovation of interior decoration design technology.
The project introduces intelligent technologies such as digital intelligence platform application, BIM technology, and smart site construction, installs a "smart brain" for project construction, and successfully builds an "eight-in-one" smart construction site with safety, quality, environmental protection, progress, personnel, materials, equipment, and cost control, and strengthens quality management by using immersive three-dimensional disclosure, intelligent photovoltaic standard maintenance room, and 13 intelligent robot technologies. In 2023, the project will successively host national, provincial and municipal observation meetings such as the "Quality Month" on-site observation and exchange meeting of the Guangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Construction System, the on-site exchange meeting of the Engineering Construction Quality Observation Meeting, etc.
The project participated in the third-party process evaluation of Yuexiu for the first time, and won the top 5, the top 3 in the individual quality measurement section, and won the honor of Yuexiu Real Estate's S-level bid. At the same time, the project focuses on the cultivation of industrial workers, and has successfully hosted the 8th Construction Craftsman Skills Competition of China Construction Fourth Bureau and the 2023 Guangdong Provincial Steel Worker Vocational Skills Competition.
