When Suma walked to the front of the stall and lined up to buy food, Wang Lihong was amazed by his fluency in Chinese.
So, she took the initiative to talk to Suma.
It turned out that Suma, the international student at Tsinghua University, had a similar experience to our protagonist Wang Lihong. When two wonderful and unique young people first met, they quickly established a deep friendship like old friends who had been separated for a long time.

As one of the least developed countries in the world, Uganda is seriously lagging behind in infrastructure construction. Whether it is a shopping mall or a medical institution, the distance between it and the residential area is very far, which brings great trouble to Wang Lihong's life.
Faced with difficulties, she had to travel long distances to meet her daily needs.
What makes it even more difficult for her to adapt is the relatively backward hygiene habits and concepts of the locals. In Uganda, people are generally accustomed to grabbing food directly with their hands, rather than using chopsticks, spoons and other utensils, which seems quite indecent to Wang Lihong.
In view of the relatively weak awareness of hygiene among the people in the region, many people will choose to treat their own hygiene problems casually. In particular, it is worth noting that for women, the problem of going to the toilet is undoubtedly an insurmountable gap, and they must find someone to accompany them to ensure their own safety.
Faced with such severe life challenges, Wang Lihong felt extremely troubled at first, and her heart was full of loss and uneasiness. However, fortunately, she has the meticulous care and concern of her husband Suma, which allows her to gradually overcome many difficulties and gradually integrate into local life.
What made Wang Lihong feel heartbroken was her young but unfortunately sick son. The backward medical conditions in Uganda caused her to be unable to buy the best time for her son's treatment, which eventually led to tragedy, and her son's departure was like a thunderstorm in the clear sky, completely destroying Wang Lihong's originally strong will.
The death of her son left Wang Lihong with indelible psychological wounds, she was immersed in remorse all day long, the pain in her heart was indescribable, and her spirit was on the verge of collapse.
If it weren't for the companionship and comfort of her husband Suma, I am afraid she would have fallen into the abyss of despair.
Under Suma's careful care, Wang Lihong finally walked out of that dark time. However, the death of her son made her realize that if Uganda's social and economic conditions improved, her child's life could be saved.
This unforgettable experience strengthened her determination to contribute to the land of Uganda.
Wang Lihong was deeply shocked by the death of her son, and she realized that the key to changing the face of poverty in Uganda is to cultivate talents and improve the local education level. As an outstanding graduate of Tsinghua University, Wang Lihong had a grand plan in mind - to establish a school.
She hopes to ignite the flame of education in this once barren land and cultivate more outstanding talents for the local area, so as to promote economic development and change the face of local poverty.
She also understands that starting a school is not an easy task.
From classroom construction, curriculum setting to teacher recruitment and other links, Wang Lihong has done everything herself, and all the work is done from scratch. She traveled far and wide, actively seeking assistance from all walks of life, and personally selecting the school site and supervising the construction progress.
The only pillar of support during this difficult process is the wholehearted support and encouragement of her husband Suma.
With the concerted efforts of the two people, in 2010, a new school named "Lu Yangzi Middle School", which adheres to the lofty mission of "illuminating life and opening up wisdom" and is committed to comprehensively improving the quality of teaching, came into being in the hot land of Uganda.
This is a great event in the world of education, and the school not only focuses on imparting basic knowledge, but more importantly, it makes teaching Chinese a unique subject.
Ms. Wang Lihong has hired a group of experienced Chinese teachers, and has also attracted many volunteers from China to devote themselves to the teaching work.
With a bright vision, she hopes that through Chinese language teaching, local students can have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and further deepen the long-standing traditional friendship between China and Africa.
In just a few years, "Lu Yangzi Middle School" has become famous, cultivating generations of outstanding talents, and has been warmly welcomed by local parents and students. More and more families are choosing to send their children to this school for quality education, rather than allowing them to step into the flood of social labor prematurely.
