(1) Applicants for law enforcement service positions shall meet the following requirements:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution, abide by laws, regulations and social morality;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree or above;
4. Have the physical fitness and work ability required to perform duties;
5. If you are over 20 years old and have the highest age requirement in the job list, the specific requirements of each position shall prevail;
6. Other conditions required in the job list.
(2) The following conditions shall be met for applying for general service positions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution, abide by laws, regulations and social morality;
3. Obtain a college degree or above;
4. Have the physical fitness and work ability required to perform duties;
5. If you are over 20 years old and have the highest age requirement in the job list, the specific requirements of each position shall prevail;
6. Other conditions required in the job list.
Retired non-commissioned officers and soldiers who apply for general service positions may have their academic qualifications relaxed to high school. However, those who have not obtained a college degree or above shall obtain a college degree or above within four years after joining the company;
In addition to the above recruitment requirements, the following personnel must not serve as auxiliary police personnel:
1. Those who have been pursued for criminal responsibility;
2. Those who have been administratively detained, institutionalized, or educated, or have a history of drug abuse;
3. Those who have been dismissed from public office or dismissed by state organs, public institutions, or other employers for reasons such as violations of law or discipline;
4. The contract has been terminated for violating the management regulations of the employer;
5. Those who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness or have relatively serious negative personal credit records;
6. Suspected violations of law or discipline are under investigation and no conclusion has yet been reached;
7. Other situations where it is not suitable to engage in auxiliary policing work.
3. Registration
Online registration is adopted, and on-site registration is not accepted. Candidates should log in to the candidate registration system to select positions with their real-name registered user information from 10:00 on April 25 to 17:00 on April 29.

Applicants should upload their resident ID cards, academic degree certificates (2024 fresh graduates who have not obtained academic degree certificates must submit a certificate of student status on the academic information network, and those who cannot provide them shall not apply for the examination), and the relevant supporting materials required for the position applied for (retired non-commissioned officers and soldiers with a high school degree must provide a discharge certificate or a service certificate issued by the retired military management department at the place of household registration with a clear service time, and those who cannot provide it shall not apply for the examination) to the online registration system. 5. Bachelor's degree or above from a college or university, bachelor's degree or above, major in law, passing the national judicial examination or legal professional qualification examination is preferred;
6. Over 18 years old, the age of undergraduate degree application shall not exceed 28 years old, the age of master's degree application shall not exceed 30 years old, and the age of doctoral degree application shall not exceed 35 years old;
7. Strong language expression ability and comprehensive writing ability;
8. Other conditions required in the job list.
(2) Applicants for the position of judge's assistant (2) shall meet the following requirements:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
3. Have strong political quality, good conduct, and professional skills to engage in the work of judges' assistants;
4. Have the physical condition to perform their duties normally;
5. Bachelor degree or above from a college or university, bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, electronic information, automation, and computer;
6. Over 18 years old, the age of undergraduate degree application shall not exceed 28 years old, the age of master's degree application shall not exceed 30 years old, and the age of doctoral degree application shall not exceed 35 years old;
7. Strong language expression ability and comprehensive writing ability;
8. Other conditions required in the job list.
(3) Applicants for the position of clerk (1) shall meet the following conditions:

4. Have the physical condition to perform their duties normally;
5. Bachelor degree or above from a college or university, major in law is preferred;
6. Over 18 years old and under 28 years old;

(4) Applicants for the position of clerk (2) shall meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
3. Strong political quality, good conduct, and professional skills to engage in clerk work;
4. Have the physical condition to perform their duties normally;
5. College degree or above from a college or university, major in law is preferred;
6. Over 18 years old and under 28 years old;
7. Other conditions required in the job list.
In addition to the above recruitment requirements, the following personnel must not serve as auxiliary personnel for labor contract trials:
(1) Those who have been investigated for criminal responsibility;
(2) Those who have been administratively detained, institutionalized, or educated, or have a history of drug abuse;
(3) Those who have been dismissed from public office or dismissed by state organs, public institutions, or other employers for reasons such as violations of law and discipline;
(4) The contract has been terminated for violating the management regulations of the employer;
(5) They have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness or have relatively serious negative personal credit records;

(8) Other situations where it is not appropriate to serve as a labor contract trial support personnel.
