On this spring day, I set out on my way to Quanzhou, an ancient city with a rich historical and cultural heritage, as well as a refreshing natural landscape.
The filming location of the TV series "Spring Sends Lover", Quanzhou, a place full of stories and beautiful scenery, is waiting for me to explore.
I came to Golden Beach, where the sand shimmered golden in the sunlight and the waves crashed against the shore with a soft rattle. I took off my shoes and let my feet feel the warmth of the sand and the coolness of the water. People on the beach are taking a leisurely walk, chasing the waves excitedly, and building sandcastles, and everyone has a happy smile on their faces.
Next, I came to Luojia Temple, which was built in the Tang Dynasty and is still standing after thousands of years of wind and rain. Walking into the temple, a solemn and tranquil atmosphere comes to your face. The architectural style in the temple is unique, flying sand and stones, carving beams and painting buildings, each of which reveals the charm of the Tang Dynasty. I stepped gently on the ancient stone slabs, as if I could hear the echoes of history. Sunlight shines through the eaves and shines on those ancient Buddha statues and murals, giving it an otherworldly feel.
At noon, I came to the West Street Alley, which is one of the places that best reflects the characteristics of Quanzhou. The alleys are lined with old arcade buildings, shops, and a variety of food stalls. I found a small shop and ordered a bowl of lo mein, which is one of the traditional delicacies of Quanzhou. The noodles are gluten-rich and marinated, and they are delicious with a variety of vegetables and meats. I sat in the shop, eating and observing the people around me, their faces full of love for life and hope for the future.
In the afternoon, I experienced hairpin flowers. This is a traditional handicraft in Quanzhou, where people use a variety of flowers to make exquisite headdresses. I chose a wreath with jasmine as the main flower, and the fragrance of jasmine came to my nose and made people feel happy. The hairpin master was skillful, and in a short time, a beautiful wreath was placed on my head. I looked in the mirror and felt as if I had traveled back in time to ancient times, becoming a beautiful girl.
As night falls, Quanzhou's nightlife begins. I walked through the streets of the old city, and the buildings under the lights were particularly charming. Street performers play old music, and roadside vendors hawk all sorts of snacks and handicrafts. I bought a bunch of sugar gourds and ate them as I walked, feeling the warmth and energy of the city.
