On April 25, Vietnam's Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Thanh Da and his delegation visited TusHoldings, and had in-depth exchanges with Chairman Wang Jiwu on the joint construction of the two countries' twin parks, the National University Science and Technology Park in Ho Chi Minh City, and the cooperation in the cross-border e-commerce industry, science and technology business incubation, and the promotion of innovation chain and industrial chain integration.

At the symposium, Chairman Wang Jiwu extended a warm welcome and sincere thanks to Minister Huang Chengda for the visit of the delegation, and believed that the visit fully reflected the importance and trust of the cooperation between the two sides. Wang Jiwu pointed out that TusHoldings has always attached great importance to cooperation with Vietnam, and he recalled the first China-ASEAN cross-border incubator established by Tus-Holdings in Dongxing, Guangxi Province in cooperation with Vietnam six years ago, as well as the China-ASEAN Science and Technology Industry Cooperation Committee established with the support of China, Vietnam and ASEAN countries. Wang Jiwu also mentioned that Tus-University established China's first undergraduate-level digital college at Guangxi University of Science and Technology, and established a cross-border e-commerce platform company to serve ASEAN, which has developed into a "Chinese model" for the cross-border e-commerce industry. Wang Jiwu also introduced that TusHoldings has successfully established a number of two-country dual-park projects, explored the "Tus-model" of cooperation with foreign university science and technology parks, and can establish the Ho Chi Minh City National University Science and Technology Park in the future based on Vietnamese characteristics, and promote its linkage with the global science and technology innovation network.

Talking about the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain, Chairman Wang Jiwu pointed out that the economic ties between Vietnam and China are very close, and the upgrading of the industry must rely on innovation, and the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain should be strengthened. TusHoldings has not only established a global innovation network including hundreds of science and technology parks and incubators, but also created many emerging industry groups, with a large number of technology companies and unique innovation chain advantages, TusHoldings can assist Vietnam in promoting related work.

Minister Hoang Cheng Da expressed his great gratitude to Chairman Wang Jiwu for his warm reception, and pointed out that in 2023, China and Vietnam jointly announced the new positioning of China-Vietnam relations and deepened the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, especially in the context of the two countries' efforts to build a community with a shared future of strategic significance.

Minister Huang Chengda said that during his visit to China, he visited Shanghai and Beijing successively, and held talks and exchanges with the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and other departments, and the visit to China yielded fruitful results. He said, "I have learned about the development model of TusHoldings and highly appreciated it, and I hope that the development model of Tsinghua Science and Technology Park can be used as a reference for the construction of the National University Science Park in Ho Chi Minh City." "Tus-Park has been deployed in Indonesia and Malaysia, and we hope that Tus-Park can also carry out the construction of the two-country dual-park model in Vietnam.
