Some old factories for many years, more than 1,000 people, if there are no new units up, or the power generation load rate is low, life is very difficult, such as Jilin Thermal Power, Huaneng Zhanhua, Nanning Yongfu, etc., the income is not high.

From the inside of a small power plant, the operating personnel of the power plant shift work theoretically have the highest salary, but in addition to this salary, the operating personnel do not have any oil and water, and they also need to work shifts, which is very hurtful, and there is a basic lack of communication with their relatives all year round, far away from the power plant in the city and hometown, it is even more troublesome! Of course, if you can go to the management department, then it is a different matter! At least you don't have to stay up late, and the salary should be okay!
In the past few years, the annual salary of the power plant was still very easy, but in the past two years, the reform of the power system has challenged the power plant relatively large, and the environmental protection requirements have become stricter, and the salary has been reduced in disguise!
