The specific meaning of each type of special plan is different, and there are also differences in the enrollment objects, application methods, and enrollment universities. National Special Plan: Universities affiliated to central departments and key universities under various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Special Programs for Colleges and Universities: Universities directly under the Ministry of Education and other colleges and universities that have been approved by the Ministry of Education to carry out special programs for colleges and universities
Local special plan: provincial key universities in our province
Implementation area
National Special Plan: The original concentrated contiguous counties with special difficulties in our province and the former national key counties for poverty alleviation and development (68 in total, see the table below)
Special plans for colleges and universities, local special plans: ethnic areas, contiguous areas with special difficulties and old revolutionary base areas, and difficult and remote areas in our province (a total of 119 counties, cities and districts, see the following table)
Prerequisites
National Special Plan: Applicants have a local household registration in the implementation area of our province for more than 3 consecutive years and a local high school registration for 3 consecutive years and actually attended, and their father or mother or legal guardian has a local household registration and meets the registration conditions for this year's general college entrance examination in our province
Special plans for colleges and universities, local special plans: Applicants and their father or mother or legal guardian must be registered in the rural area of the implementation area, and they must have a local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years and a local high school for 3 consecutive years and actually study, and meet the registration conditions for this year's general college entrance examination in our province
Application process
National and local special programs:
Declare. According to the corresponding special plan category to be applied for, candidates should fill in the "Sichuan Provincial Ordinary University Enrollment National Special Plan Candidate Application Qualification Declaration Form" or "Sichuan Province Ordinary University Enrollment Local Special Plan and University Special Plan Candidate Application Qualification Declaration Form" online according to the requirements of the city (state)
After completing the declaration online, confirm and print the application qualification declaration form according to the time specified by the city (state), and sign and confirm it by the candidate himself, his or her father or mother or legal guardian, and submit it to the college entrance examination registration point when the college entrance examination registration is confirmed
The county (city, district) education, public security and other relevant departments shall review the qualifications of the candidates in accordance with the application conditions of the national special plan and the local special plan
Candidates take the National College Entrance Examination
After the college entrance examination scores are released, candidates fill in their volunteers, and colleges and universities complete the admission and publicize it
Special Programs for Colleges and Universities:
After the relevant colleges and universities announce the enrollment guidelines, candidates who meet the application conditions log in to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Platform of the Ministry of Education and fill in and submit the application for the special plan of colleges and universities within the specified time
The relevant counties (cities, districts) shall review the qualifications of the candidates and approve the relevant information of the candidates in accordance with the prescribed conditions
Colleges and universities will complete the review of other conditions of candidates and publicize the list of approved candidates before the end of May
Candidates take the National College Entrance Examination
After the college entrance examination, some pilot colleges and universities will organize the assessment of the college entrance examination results
Before the college entrance examination scores, the pilot colleges and universities determine and publicize the list of qualifications
After the college entrance examination scores are released, candidates fill in their volunteers, and colleges and universities complete the admission and publicize it
Voluntary settings
National Special Plan and Local Special Plan: 9 parallel volunteers will be set up in the national special plan for early undergraduate admission and the national special plan for excellent teachers, and 6 parallel volunteers will be set up in the national special plan and local special plan for early admission of undergraduates. There are 6 majors and majors in each school.
Special plan for colleges and universities: volunteers are set up separately, and the application mode of sequential volunteers is implemented, and one first choice and one first choice are set up in the early approval of undergraduates and the first batch of undergraduates
Volunteer. Candidates who have obtained the qualification of one university should fill in the corresponding university as one choice, and candidates who have obtained the qualification of multiple universities should independently choose the corresponding two universities as the first choice and the second choice respectively. After the end of the first choice admission, if a university has not completed the plan, the second choice will be sent to the university to fill in the file of the unqualified candidates of the school for the university to review.
