In order to further promote the rectification of motorcycle and electric bicycle traffic safety issues in Yingde City, and ensure that the prevention of traffic accidents involving motorcycles and electric vehicles has achieved practical results, it was decided to carry out a special rectification of motorcycle road traffic safety in the city for half a year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Third, the content of rectification
(1) Strictly investigate the illegal acts of motorcycles and electric bicycles without license plates;
(2) Strictly investigate the illegal act of driving a motorcycle without a license;
(3) Strictly investigate the illegal act of driving motorcycles and electric bicycles without wearing helmets;
(4) Strictly investigate illegal acts such as overcrowding, speeding, running red lights, changing lanes in accordance with regulations, and illegal modifications of motorcycles and electric bicycles;
(5) Strictly investigate illegal acts of driving motorcycles and electric bicycles under the influence of alcohol, as well as driving on the road after taking psychotropic drugs and narcotic drugs controlled by the state;
(6) Comprehensively regulate the order of street parking of motorcycles and electric bicycles, and strictly investigate all kinds of illegal acts of indiscriminate parking;
Fourth, remediation measures
The public security organs will strictly deal with it in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Guangdong Provincial Road Traffic Safety Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations, and if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with law.
