The following documents are required for refund
1. If you have participated in the basic medical insurance for employees in Fuyang City (including five counties and cities) before January 1, 2024, you can select the corresponding reason for refund and fill in the relevant information, without uploading additional materials.
2. Employees or residents who have participated in basic medical insurance outside Fuyang City before January 1, 2024, select the corresponding reason for refund, fill in the relevant information, and upload the certificate of participation or certificate of participation issued by the medical insurance agency in other places.
3. If you die before January 1, 2024, select the corresponding reason for refund, fill in the relevant information, and upload the cremation certificate or death certificate.
4. If you have obtained the government-subsidized insurance treatment before January 1, 2024, you can select the corresponding refund reason and fill in the relevant information, without uploading additional materials.

Refund reminder
1. Those who have enjoyed the basic medical insurance treatment for urban and rural residents in the current insurance year will not be refunded.
2. In principle, the refund registration information will be completed within 20 working days after the successful submission of the registration information.
3. The subsidized insured person must pay the correct amount before the original wrong amount can be refunded.
4. After May 31, 2024, refund applications will no longer be accepted, please contact the medical insurance agencies in each county and city for details.
