On April 23, the office of the Federation of Trade Unions of Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone was busy, and the staff was in full swing to prepare for the first PCB Industry Workers Vocational Skills Competition in the Economic and Technological Development Zone and the exchange activities for the construction and reform of the industrial worker team in the Zone.
It turned out that Du Shasha, head of the fifth squatting working group of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and Wu Yu, a member, came to Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone on April 11 to start a three-month squatting work, and they will work with the comrades of the local trade unions to provide trade union services for enterprises and workers in the Economic Development Zone through in-depth research, field investigations, and activities, so as to boost the work of the trade unions in the Economic Development Zone to a new level.
"First of all, we must find out the needs of the workers in order to do a good job!" said a comrade from the squatting group. At the beginning of the camp, they conducted field research on Sichuan Yingchuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., the Federation of Trade Unions of Jiahe Street in the Economic Development Zone and the outdoor labor service station of the postal company to understand the current work of the trade union in the Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone. Understand the overall number and type of enterprises in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, the establishment of unions, welfare benefits, and the construction and reform of industrial workers, and listen carefully to the actual difficulties and specific needs of enterprises and employees.
In response to the problem that the channels for employee skill improvement and technology transformation are not smooth enough, Du Shasha, the team leader, said that he will work with the Federation of Trade Unions of the Development Zone to actively build a skill improvement platform to fully meet the urgent needs of enterprises and employees for skill improvement. On the eve of "May Day", the Federation of Trade Unions of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, together with the industry trade unions and vocational skills training schools, organized the first "Chinese Dream and Labor Beauty" Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone PCB Industry Workers Vocational Skills Competition and Industrial Workers Team Construction and Reform Work Exchange Activities, which immediately transformed the problems found in the investigation into practical actions of the trade union organization.
Everything is difficult at the beginning, but the enthusiasm for serving the staff is really reflected in all aspects of the work of the squatting group. After preliminary investigation, the fifth squatting working group has made a list of work, which will be implemented one by one in the next time. In the next step, the squatting group will carry out work from the aspects of ideological and political guidance of employees, building harmonious labor relations, tempering a strong team of trade union cadres, and solving the worries of employees, so as to promote the high-quality development of grassroots trade union work.
