In accordance with the requirements of "three meetings and one good", recently, the Qujing detachment strictly organized a competition for outstanding political teachers at the grassroots level. Thirty-two political instructors from the grassroots level, covering all levels of positions, gathered together to stage a "political" confrontation on a three-foot podium.

The competition focuses on the "three meetings and one good" standard requirements of "knowing the soldiers, teaching the soldiers, talking with the heart, and teaching by example", and sets up two links of basic competition selection and teaching observation competition, and the basic competition selection sets up three contents, such as should know and should be able to test, on-site preparation of lesson plans, and classroom education, and the selection of teaching competitions sets up two contents: micro-course teaching and simulated situation disposal.

In the competition, 25 political officers of the squadron and 7 theoretical backbones of soldiers competed on the same field, and each contestant closely followed the theme of education, the mission of the task, and the thoughts of the officers and soldiers, and dedicated a wonderful audio-visual feast to the judges and the audience with a full mental state, flexible teaching methods, and exquisite courseware. All members of the judging team operated in the sunshine, and the whole competition was conducted by on-site drawing, on-site bright scores, and on-site announcements, insisting on openness and transparency, avoiding human factor interference to the greatest extent, and achieving a real level and real skills in the competition.

"Only when ideological education has 'temperature' can it be contagious and convincing.
