2. After the user enters the "community property rating" service and selects the township and community, he can evaluate the property service of the community from the five aspects of "comprehensive management", "cleaning and hygiene", "order maintenance", "daily maintenance of greening" and "maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment", 1 star is very dissatisfied, 2 stars are dissatisfied, 3 stars are basically satisfied, 4 stars are satisfied, and 5 stars are very satisfied. At the same time, it can also evaluate the overall situation of the property service of the community, and if there are other opinions and suggestions, you can manually check or enter it at the bottom of the evaluation page.
Note: Each user can only make 1 evaluation per month, and after submitting the evaluation content, you can check the score of the property service enterprises in each residential community in the district in the "Ranking Statistics Query".
The "Community Property Rating" service covers 44 property service enterprises in 166 communities in Chongming, and the Chongming District Housing Security Housing Administration will continue to supervise and urge the property service enterprises in the residential community in the district to further improve the service quality and service level, and continuously improve the satisfaction of the owners and residents. The Chongming District Data Bureau will continue to focus on people's livelihood concerns and enterprise needs, and work with relevant units to continue to rely on the "Sui Bid" Chongming flagship store to provide warm-hearted, convenient and efficient mobile terminal services.
