Fertile land is the lifeblood of grain production, and the construction of high-standard farmland is an important way to improve grain production capacity. Our county strictly implements the cultivated land protection policy, resolutely curbs the "non-agricultural" cultivated land, prevents "non-grain", and adopts the principle of "sub-bid promotion" for the implementation of high-standard farmland construction projects in the county to ensure that the overall process of spring plowing production is not affected, and resolutely adhere to the bottom line of food security and build a solid foundation for food security.
The inspection team affirmed the county's practice in curbing the "non-agricultural" and preventing the "non-grain" of cultivated land, emphasizing that food security is "the great power of the country", ensuring national food security is an important foundation for achieving economic development, social stability and national security, and cultivated land is the foundation of ensuring national food security. It is necessary to earnestly improve the political position, deeply understand the extreme importance of protecting cultivated land and ensuring food security, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial and municipal party committees, resolutely implement the same responsibilities of the party and government for cultivated land protection and food security, thoroughly implement the strategy of "storing grain on the ground and storing grain in technology", highlight scientific and technological support, tap the potential space for grain production in an all-round way, resolutely curb the "non-agricultural" and prevent "non-grain" of cultivated land, keep the bottom line of food security and the red line of cultivated land protection, and consolidate the foundation of food security in all aspects.
