On April 24, Fang Hong, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and executive deputy county magistrate, presided over an executive meeting of the county government to convey and study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speeches and study the implementation of the opinions of our county.
The meeting emphasized that the whole county should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's awarding of the military flag and his speech to the information support force, adhere to the political construction of the army, reform and strengthen the army, strengthen the army with science and technology, strengthen the army with talents, and govern the army according to law, focus on preparing for war, strengthen the mission, pay close attention to the implementation of the work, anchor the goal, move forward bravely, and constantly promote the progress of the military in the new era.
The meeting demanded that all departments at all levels should focus on doing a good job in the county's national defense mobilization and "double support" and other key work, strengthen military-local ties, strengthen rear support, actively do a good job in supporting the army and giving preferential treatment to family members, and service guarantee for retired soldiers, fully serve and support the modernization of national defense and the army, resolutely safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, and provide strong strategic support for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese-style modernization.
The meeting also considered relevant documents and looked at other matters.
