In the early morning of the same day, when the driver, Mr. Wen, was driving a garbage compression truck to collect domestic garbage on the side of the road, he suddenly found smoke coming out of the compartment. At this time, the driver, Mr. Wen, remembered that there was a fire station a few hundred meters away, so he immediately drove the vehicle to the fire station for help. When the vehicle arrived at the door of the second special service station of the special service brigade of the Wuhan Fire and Rescue Detachment, the driver, Mr. Wen, ran to the fire station booth to explain the situation, and the sentry box immediately called the firefighters to dispatch, and set up a water cannon to spray water from the top of the compartment of the compressed garbage truck. As the water cannon continued to spray, a large amount of white smoke began to rise from the top of the compartment. Due to the strong sealing of the car, the firefighters were worried about the smoldering of the garbage accumulated inside, and after communicating with the driver, the rear door of the car was opened and the interior of the car was sprayed again from the rear of the car. Firefighters then use iron hooks to disperse the accumulated garbage and carefully inspect it for re-ignition.
According to the driver, Mr. Wen, the vehicle he was driving that day was a newly distributed garbage compactor truck, and he often passed by this fire station at work, so when he was in danger, he immediately thought of asking for help from the fire station. Fortunately, the firefighters rescued in time, and there was no loss to compress the garbage truck. After disposing of the vehicle, the driver, Mr. Wen, also called his colleagues to clean up the garbage at the entrance of the fire station.
