He Yu, Han nationality, born in January 1996, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and is currently the secretary and director of the branch of Datianba Village, Zhongdu Town, Pingshan County. In the work of the flood control and water conservancy treatment project in the south of Zhongdu Town, the project was actively reported to the superiors, mobilized and strived by various parties, and the project was implemented in March 2021 and officially put into use in January 2022, in which 3 landscape nodes were planned, with an area of about 1,158 square meters, and a water-friendly trail of about 955 meters was constructed in combination with the bank revetment, and the ecological greening included slope and node greening, with a total area of about 5,433 square meters. He took the lead in registering the "Datianba Village Joint Stock Economic Cooperative Association", guided the cultivation of more than 10 wealthy and returnees, developed 10 members, and drove more than 20 households out of poverty, often taking advantage of work breaks to visit the villagers, focusing on key groups such as poverty alleviation households and low-income households, carefully listening to the voices of the masses, understanding their life and ideological dynamics, and winning the honorary title of "Outstanding County People's Congress Deputy" in Pingshan County in 2023.
