In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the Central Committee, the Municipal Party Committee and the District Party Committee on carrying out party discipline learning and education in the whole party and strengthening the construction of a clean culture in the new era, on the afternoon of April 25, the final of the second "Qinglian" theme publicity competition in Hongkou District, jointly organized by the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the Youth League and District Committee, was held in the Jiaxing Road Street Community Cultural Activity Center. The publicity competition is divided into three tracks: article, speech and short video. The first, second and third prizes of the excellent essays have been selected for the article works after the joint review in the early stage, and they have been compiled into two issues of "New Outpost Qinglian Special Issue" together with the finalist speech works. At the finals, 7 groups of speech works and 6 groups of short video works were displayed successively. In the end, Zhang Tengchuan, a police officer of the Discipline Inspection Commission (Supervision Office) of the Hongkou Public Security Bureau, won the first prize in the article category. Chen Shuxian, a member of the Hongkou District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, won the first prize in the speech category for "Tree "Green" Honest Family Style, Promoting Clean Wind and Healthy Atmosphere". The "Qingqibing" column of the Hongkou District Youth Lecturer Group, the Youth League Committee of the Hongkou Public Security Bureau, the Guangzhong Road Police Station, and the General Branch of the Youth League of the Long-term Culture Group jointly created the work "Going Home", which won the first prize in the video category.
As a key project of the Hongkou Communist Youth League's "Hongqing Sixianghui" youth ideological and political leadership work brand and the Hongkou District Youth Theorist Training Program, this competition has received a warm response from the majority of young people in the district, and has received a total of 72 works from various departments, streets and relevant units.
